Supervisor Andrew Do Hosts Mental Health Provider Forum
On Saturday, Supervisor Andrew Do hosted the third annual Mental Health Provider Forum at Mile Square Park. The goal of the meeting was to gain valuable input from service providers on how to improve mental health in Orange County.
Supervisor Andrew Do, OC Health Care Agency Director Richard Sanchez and Behavioral Health Director Jeff Nagel gave updates on how the County is building a system of care to address all aspects of mental health, and how providers can be a part of those solutions. The Forum also included a robust question and answer session with the three panelists. The feedback provided will be utilized in making key policy decision in the near future.
